Sadový Pramen is located in the center of the spa zone of Karlovy Vary, a 3-minute walk from the Mill Colonnade, next to the Garden Colonnade. This historic building, which on one side goes to the park Dvorak, the two sides of the building look out onto the street, and the facade is turned towards the Teplá River
